Parking Information
Several options are available just steps away from the theatre.

Street Parking: Free one-, two-, and three-hour parking is available throughout downtown. It is enforced from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no enforcement on weekends or city-observed holidays. (medfordoregon.gov)

We understand that plans can change. While standard tickets are non-refundable, certain Holly Theatre membership levels offer ticket exchange privileges.

A: Doors typically open one hour prior to showtime. Be sure to check your ticket for exact details.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks from outside the theatre?
A: Outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, we have a variety of concessions available for purchase inside.

Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable, but select membership levels offer the ability to exchange or refund tickets. Learn more here.

A: All personal items must be stored under your seat. We do not have a coat check.
